Email typo, bounced file, or payment error? We either fix it immediately or issue a refund—your call.
Duplicate charges
If the checkout was accidentally run twice, the duplicate is reversed within one business day.
Accessibility accommodations
If you purchased before realizing you needed a different format, we’ll refund while we build the accessible version.
3-minute process
How to Request a Refund
- •
1. Email us
Send a note to support@typemyself.com using the subject “Refund request – [quiz name]”.
- •
2. Include your receipt
Forward the Stripe receipt or share the email address you used at checkout.
- •
3. Tell us what happened
One sentence is enough. Missing email? Didn’t resonate? Prefer store credit? Let us know.
- •
4. Get confirmation
We reply within 2 business hours: either re-sending your results or confirming the refund.
Timeline
Under 2 hours
We acknowledge every refund or resend request within two business hours (often faster).
Same-day issue fix
Most redeliveries and refunds are completed the same day, excluding bank processing times.
3–5 banking days
Your bank or card issuer controls how quickly the credit lands on your statement.
Store Credit Option
Prefer to explore another assessment? Let us know in your email and we’ll send a 100% off code instead of a cash refund. Credits never expire.
